Event Description

Indoor Triathlon to include:

10-minute swim in the Aquatics Center

10-minute transition to the Sport Services Center

30-minute stationary bike ride

20-minute treadmill run

All on the Olympic Training Center Campus!  Goodie bag to include ROKA swim cap, ROKA swim goggles, ROKA drawstring bag and a finisher medal. 

Event details and schedule

All registered athletes will be required to sign a waiver before the event. This is a requirement to be on-site at the Olympic Training Center. This waiver will come directly from the OTC.

The first wave will begin at 11:30 am. Each subsequent wave will begin 35 minutes after the start of the wave before.

Olympic Training Center maps will be sent following registration.

Packet pickup will begin 30 minutes prior to your wave start time. 

Athletes will have access to the pool locker rooms before and after their wave has finished.
