About Gage: Gage was an amazing, fun, witty, bright young man who loved his midnight purple Nissan 240SX, drifting, performance mechanics, anime, skateboarding, tie dye t-shirts, silly socks, and spending time with his friends and family. He was diagnosed with a rare cancer called synovial sarcoma when he was 16-years-old. He endured chemotherapy, radiation, and multiple surgeries his junior year and went into remission during his senior year. In 2016, Gage graduated from Dubiski Career High School where he was in advanced placement courses and the engineering program. Unfortunately, after moving to Florida to learn the ropes at a turbo shop, he relapsed a few months later, and the cancer went to his pleural lining, which was inoperable. Gage tragically passed away September 23, 2017 at Children's Medical Center in Dallas where he received most of his treatment, so his family continues his fight to help other children and teens affected by this awful disease.

Gage Overton Memorial Fund is currently working to create an endowment at Children's Medical Center in Gage's memory to continuously fund pediatric sarcoma research there.
