Event Description

Come join us for our first summer run, the Alameda Hospital Foundatoin 5k, 10k and 3/4 mile kids run. This will be another fun event to kick off the summer season and support a great local charity. The race will start and end at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal. The course is a mostly flat dirt and paved trail that features a beautiful view of the San Francisco skyline and bay bridge. It is a perfect course for the seasoned runner or if this is your first run/walk event. 

the 10k will start first at 8:45am followed by the 5k at 9:100am

The kids run will start at 10:00am and be a short out and back along the same trail. Parents, feel free to run with your young runners if you like. Each child will receive a finishers medal. 

After the run there will be music, food and various vendors.  This race is sure to be a great fitness event followed by a fun celebration for both participants and spectators. 

Event details and schedule

All events will start in the parking lot of the Ferry Terminal. There is parking at the venue, or along the Harbor Bay Parkway and shoreline. 

Please allow yourself adequate time to park, pick up your race number, chip, and T-shirt before the 9am start.

There will be awards 3 deep based on 10 year age group catagories and every participant will receive a race t-shirt IF YOU REGISTER BEFORE May 15th, 2019.
