Event Description

THE COURSE:

The Cambridge Half Marathon is a 13.1 mile USATF certified course* that starts & finishes at CambridgeSide. It is a fast & flat course through Cambridge featuring: MIT, Riverbend Park, John W. Weeks Footbridge, Harvard Stadium, Charles River and Harvard Square. With so much eye candy, the 13.1 miles will fly by - both literally and figuratively.

THE CELEBRATION:

Post-race, join us at our celebration featuring music, food and beverages. Many more details to come...

VIP TEAMS:

Half marathons are much more fun when shared with your friends! For a team to qualify for the VIP experience, it needs to have a minimum of 20 members registered for the race.  VIP status gets you a semi-private area to decorate and/or stash your stuff pre-race, a place to hang out after and a personal supply of snacks and beverages.

You can create your team or add yourself to one during registration.  If you are not sure if your team has already been created, use the Teams/Groups tab to find out.

AWARDS:

Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in the following divisions:

• Overall
• 18 and under
• 19-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60-69
• 70+

CHARITIES:

Race proceeds benefit Cambridge Camping and City of Cambridge Scholarship Fund.
