Wetsuit, two (2) bright swin caps and an orange buoy REQUIRED!

Meet under the picnic shelter at Harry Todd Park.

Event details and schedule

Coach Lois will be at the picnic shelter at 7:30 am, for sign in and mini-clinic. Afterwards, we all walk down to the beach at 8:15am.  Lois will point our the course.

Wetsuits highly reccomended.

Bring your orange buoy to wear.  2 pr goggles, BRIGHT CAP,  towel, and warm after clothes.
