Spring into hope and help us kick off the 1st Annual "RISE Up" Race Series starting Saturday, April 27th at Brunswick Forest!  The first of 3 races is the Journey to Heal Ministries Hope Run, in honor of Sexual Trauma Awareness Month (#SAAM).  As you run the scenic Brunswick Forest community you're benefitting Journey to Heal Ministries (JTHM), a 100% volunteer run, 501(c)3, nonprofit, endeavoring to help women heal from past sexual trauma by leading them to the hope and healing found in Jesus Christ through providing education, mentoring services, and support.  According to RAAIN (Rape and Incest National Network) and the CDC (Center for Disease Control), every 98 seconds someone has been sexually abused in America, and 1 in 3 women already have.  Since the month of April is Sexual Assault Awareness month (#SAAM), this is the perfect time to come out and support a wonderful ministry in our community!
