Event Description

39 Years and still going strong... Join us for a local tradition, the Historic Beaufort 10K/5K/1M race.

STARTING TIMES:
7:30 am- 1 Mile Run/Walk
7:55 am- 5K/10K Wheelchair & Baby Jogger participants
8:00 am- 5K Run/10K Run

ENTRY FEES:
Individuals-
1-Mile: $25 by 6/30/19; $30 thereafter
5K: $30 by 6/30/19; $35 thereafter
10K: $35 by 6/30/19; $40 thereafter

FAMILY/GROUP PRICING: Groups of 4 or more signing up at the same time receive $5 off per person (any of the 3 events)!

Wheelchair and Baby Jogger participants are welcome in any of the 3 events.

PACKET PICKUP:
Pre-registered participants may pick up packets on Friday, July 19th from 4-6 p.m. in Beaufort at First Citizens Bank, 411 Front St. (corner of Turner and Front Sts.). Race Day packet pick-up and registration will be from 6:30- 7:45 a.m. at First Citizens.

TIMING:
This year's race will be timed by Run the East using disposable BibTags. Runners must pick up and wear their race bibs during the race. Make sure you do not bend the timing chip on the bib.

AWARDS:
Medallions are given to the:
Top 3 overall male & female finishers in the 10K & 5K
Top 3 male & female masters finishers in the 10K & 5K
Top 2 male & female age group finishers in the 10K & 5K
Top 1 male & female wheelchair finishers in the 10K & 5K
Top 1 male & female baby joggers in the 5K
Oldest & youngest finishers in all 3 races
AGE GROUPS:
10K- 12 & under, 13-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over

5K- 12 & under, 13-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over

1 Mile- 8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over

Runners must register at least 45 minutes before the race to be eligible for awards!
