Welcome to the Hope for the Homeless 5K Challenge benefiting Back On My Feet!
Following our successful impact on homelessness from the Super Bowl 5K Run, Atlanta Council District 6 Councilwoman is co-sponsoring the walk with hundreds of community-minded and socially conscious participants to advance awareness and provide proceeds to local initiatives focused on the prevention and elimination of homelessness in Atlanta - charity Back on My Feet. Nestled and completely contained in Piedmont Park, this electronically chip timed USATF-certified 5K Run/Walk is being held to experience fun with friends, family, locals and tourists for great causes!
Awards for the fastest male and female in each age category will be given: 18 – 25, 26 – 35, 35 – 40, 41 – 40, 50 – 60, 60 – 70, 70+ as well as top finisher as wheelchair user, mom with running stroller, dad with running stroller.
1/3 of the registration cost goes to the charity Back on My Feet!
