Event Description

Join us for the second annual Feet for Beats Heart Run 5k to benefit the Heartstrong Foundation! 

Our goal is to raise money to advance the research, medical care, and family support of Congenital Heart Disease/Defects (CHD) through the education, encouragement and support of heart-healthy living. This event supports heart-healthy living through physical activity, and all proceeds will go to family support groups and hospitals that make a difference, including Johns Hopkins Hospital and Mended Little Hearts of Greater Baltimore.

Event details and schedule

The course is mostly flat with a small section on a rocky/sandy trail.

4pm race start. Runners, walk/runners and walkers are all encouraged to sign-up. A 1-mile walk course will be available as an option.

Enter the main entrance and stay straight/right, identify yourself as a race participant to avoid the park entrance fee.

Park and make your way to the River Birch Pavilion.

Please arrive with time to pick up your race packet by 3:45.
