Event Description

Join us for our Earth Fest 5K! This event is part of Nottingham Parks and Rec’s Annual Earth Festival. Proceeds from the event will help sustain the run and Earth Festival that takes place after the run is complete. Our mission is to share and experience the natural treasures of Nottingham and surrounding communities. Come join us for a day filled with fun, food, activities, vendors and more! 

All participants will receive a t-shirt. There will be prizes for first place winners (men and women) in each category.

2.    When and where is packet pick up?

• Thursday, September 9, 2021, 8 AM – 4 PM: Nottingham Parks & Rec Office, 139 Stage Road, Nottingham, NH
• Friday, September 10, 2021, 8 AM – 4 PM: Nottingham Parks & Rec Office, 139 Stage Road, Nottingham, NH
• Saturday, September 11, 2021, 8 AM – 8:45 AM: 229 Mill Pond Rd., Nottingham, NH 03290 (Race Site)

3.    Where do I park?

• Parking is available at the race address. 229 Mill Pond Rd., Nottingham, NH 03290

4.    When does online registration close?

• Runners can register online until Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Any later registrations can be done in person with cash or check:

5.    Can I sign up day of?

• Yes! Registration will be available at packet pick up at the start/finish line. Cash or check only. 

6.    What is the entry fee?

• June 1, 2021 – September 11, 2021
  • $25 + $2.50 sign up fee

7.    Can I run in a group?

• Yes! Each member of the group receives a $5 discount of the registration price. Be sure to register under the groups/teams tab on the registration site.

8.    Can I run with my stroller?

• Yes.

9.    Can I run with my dog?

• No.

10.  Will there be a kids’ run?

• Yes. The kids’ run will happen at the start/finish line at 8:30 AM prior to the 5k start at 9 AM.

11.  Will there be prizes?

• First place male and female runners will receive a prize.

12.  Will the results be posted?

• Yes. Results will be posted on http://www.ne-timing.com/results.php and http://coolrunning.com/.

13.  Where can I find photos?

• Photos of the event will be posted to the Earth Fest Facebook Page

14.  Can I volunteer?

• Yes. We are looking for volunteers to assist with:
  • Packet pickup/registration at the start/finish line on September 11, 2021.
  • The water station at approximately mile 1.5
