Event Description

The Up and Over returns to Joplin better than ever! Have a blast and get some obstacle course training in creek running, mud crawling, hay bale leaping, climbing, and fire jumping.

DISTANCE OPTIONS:
A Lot of Up and Over (3 miles) consists of 15 obstacles spread throughout the course. 
A Little Up and Over (1 mile) will have 5 obstacles. 
Individual or Team Completion.

WAVE ASSIGNMENTS: Participants will be released in waves of 20-25 to prevent congestion. You may not receive the wave assignment you requested but we will try to keep you close to the time you requested. Please keep an eye on the email address you gave the week of the race. We will be emailing out wave assignments and an event handbook during the week of the race so that you have the latest information about what to expect.
