Hosted by: Obstacle Training Academy

Over the course of 5 weeks, you will train in a group setting with 1 of Goliathon’s “David’s”, Jedi Markowski. Training sessions will be every Friday and Saturday starting Friday August 30th through Saturday September 28th, allowing for 1 week of rest prior to race day. Jedi will break down all 12 obstacles into the basic skills needed to overcome them. After weeks of practicing fundamentals of each obstacle, race day will be tackled with skill and confidence. We will only be offering 3 Sessions with limited spots in each session, so don’t hesitate to reserve your spot today!

Friday, September 6th: 7-8pm Session C

Saturday, September 7th: 9-10 am Session A / 10-11am Session B

Friday, September 13th: 7-8pm Session C

Saturday, September 14th:  9-10 am Session A / 10-11am Session B

Friday, September 20th: 7-8pm Session C

Saturday, September 21st: 9-10 am Session A / 10-11am Session B
