Event Description

Cancer survivors, family, friends and support teams are invited to this fun filled and celebratory event! Join us to walk or run in honor of a loved one.

Money raised will be directed to: The Malloy Strong Patient Support Fund.

Early Race Packet pickup: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Saturday, July 20, 2019 

Warwick City Park  185 Asylum Rd Warwick, RI

Onsite registration and race packet pickup: 7:00 am - 8:45 am

Free Kids Sprint (Ages 1-10): 8:30 am

5K Race: 9:00 am

5K Walk: 9:05 am

3/4 mile Walk: 9:15 am

Award Ceremony: 10:00 am

Competitive 5K road race with prize for first male and female finisher (Must be present to claim award)

Moisture Wicking T-shirts will be given to all 5K Run/Walk and 3/4 Mile Walk registered participants prior to July 12, 2019

Free Race Photos!  USATF Certified 5k course!

Race festivities include brief remarks by Lifespan Cancer Institute Director David Wazer, MD, free skin exams (courtesy of University Dermatology), complimentary massage therapy, great music, face painting and lots of children's activities. We also will have a wide variety of raffle prizes for our participants!
