Event Description
Course: The Seven mile race starts at 8:30 AM. It’s a mostly flat, fast course that starts at Richard Bland College & loops around the countryside on hard surface roads, then returns to Richard Bland College for the finish.
The 5k run starts at 10:00 AM. It’s an out & back with a loop around the RBC Gazebo.
You also have the option of running both races if you can complete the 7 mile race in 1 hour and 30 minutes. EVERYBODY RUNNING THE 5K MUST START AT 10 AM!
Awards: Only TCRR club members in good standing are eligible for awards.
- Seven Mile Club Championship trophies to the first overall male and female finishers.
- Trophies for the 5k overall male and female finishers.
- Ribbons to top 3 finishers in each age group for the 7 Miler and 5k
- Trophies to the top 3 males and females who run both races
- Special finisher’s medal for running both races
- NOTE: those who are running both races WILL be eligible for the 7 Miler awards, but WILL NOT be eligible for the 5k awards.
Age groups: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 5 year increments 20-24 thru 65-69, 70+
Registration: 7 Miler OR 5k: Club Members: $5 before Nov. 30th; $10 After. Non members: $10. Discount will automatically be applied for TCRR members.
7 Miler AND 5k: Club Members: $15 before Nov 30th; $20 After. Non members: $20. Discount will automatically be applied for TCRR members.
Race day registration will start at 7:00 am. Runners may join TCRR on race morning.
Long sleeved Club Championship Tshirts will be available for sale on race day.
Food and beverages will be served following the race. Bring your favorite dish to share.
A General Membership meeting will also be held for the election of next year's Board of Directors
