Event Description

It's RACE WEEK! Be sure to pick up your bib and shirt through 1 of the 3 options listed below.

Packet Pick-Up:

Option 1: Wednesday, May 13 (12 - 6:30 PM) at Rockford City Offices

Option 2: Friday, May 15(noon - midnight) at Relay For Life of Rockford's registration area

Option 3: Saturday, May 16(7 - 8 AM) on track

*Please come with your bib number. You may view your number by clicking HERE.

The 5K race will begin and end at the North Rockford Middle School track. The route will start by having runners run one lap around the track, then exit the school parking lot to head to the streets of Rockford. Click HERE for a map of the 5K course. This course will be timed. Visit this PAGE after your race to view your time.

The TOP 3 Finishers of the RFL of Rockford 5K will be awarded with a medal and sport duffel bag.

The Kids Fun Run will follow at 9:30 AM on the track; a 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile distance will be offered for children 10 and under.
