Event Description

All proceeds benefit the Fish & Loaves client choice food pantry distributing 1.6 million pounds of food annually to Allen Park, Brownstown Township, Dearborn Heights, Romulus, Southgate, Taylor, Woodhaven and our 50/50 Partner organizations.

Awards:Finisher Medal to all participants.  Overall award to first overall male/female and first overall masters male/femal  Age group awards to top 3 male and female in the following age groups:  14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80 and over.

5K run/ walk will be held at Heritage Park in Taylor, starting at the Sheridan Open Air Pavilion.

$25 before May 28th to guarantee a tech shirt 

$30 May 28th to June 13th

$35 Race Day

$5 discount for Active Military & First Responders

Pre- registrants guaranteed tech shirt

Flat & Fast Course

There will be a half mile free "Fun Run" for children and families starting at 7:30 AM

Donation of canned goods for the pantry shelves welcomed at times of packet pick-up or day of race!
