8th Annual Fit 4 Fall 5K
Get in Shape for 3 Great Causes

This is a trail course which begins and ends at Woodbine Lodge, taking runners and walkers through the park's scenic trails and wooded terrain. Please note there is some uneven terrain on this course.

Processing fees are now included in the registration fee.
Registration fee includes:
- Race T-Shirt
- Goody bags (limited to the first 500 registrants)
- Post-race refreshments
- Awards: First Overall Male & Female (Runner & Walker)  Medals to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place M & F in each age group

Start Time: 5K Run/Walk will start at 9:00 am, Oct 12th
Race Day Check-In: 8:00 to 8:45 am, Oct 12th
Early Race Packet Pick-up: Riverview Park, Woodbine Lodge - Friday, Oct 11th from 3:00 to 6:00 pm

Age Divisions: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over.
