Event Description

Come out to the first Summer Scramble 5K presented by the Pilot Club of Monroe.  The race starts at Centerhill Baptist Church in Monroe GA.

Pilot International was founded in 1921 in Macon, Georgia. Pilot Club service projects and fundraisers benefit the local community. Hands-on service projects emphasize Brain-related disorders, disabilities and BrainMinders and other projects like Anchor club, Uniting Hope for Children and Pilot Park

Event details and schedule

Race day registration and packet pickup will begin at 6:30AM

5K starts at 7:30AM

Awards: Awards will be presented to Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, and Top 3 Male/Female in age groups beginning with 10 and under through 75 and over.

Timing and Results: Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.athlinks.com and www.active.com

Shirts and Goodies: T-shirts will be guaranteed to participants who pre-register by 8/14/19 and will be given to late registrants as available the day of the event.

Series Affiliation: The race is part of the 2019 Black Bag Race Series.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
