July 7, 2019 at the Zelienople Community Park

Packet pick up starts at 7:30 AM.  Races start at 8:30 AM.  

USA Triathlon and Get Fit Families Splash n’ Dash 

Join us on July 7.   USA Triathlon Splash n’ Dash is a Swim and Run event.  This event is for the entire family.  Great prizes, swag and awards for all who race.  

4 and under, swim 25 yards, run an 1/8 of a mile

5-6 year olds, swim 50 yards, run a ¼ mile

7-8 year olds, swim 100 yards, run ½ mile

9-10 year olds, swim 100 yards, run ½ mile

11-12 year olds, swim 200 yards, run 1 mile

13-15 year olds, swim 400 yards, run 1.5 miles

16 to 18 year olds, swim 400 yards, run 2 miles

19 and older, swim 400 yards, run 2 miles
