Event Description
Welcome to West Mountain's Annual Over the Top Run (5K Trail Run), Bike (10K Mountain Bike) & Brew Festival 2019!
West Mountain's Annual Over the Top Run (5K Trail Run for ages 8 and older), Bike (10K Mountain Bike for ages 12 and over) & Brew Festival, sponsored by DeCrescente and the Marthon Brewing Co., and benefiting Double H Ranch, will take place at West Mountain on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 10am-5pm!
The Over the Top 5K Trail Run, 10K Mountain Bike Event begins at 10am. Registrants can just run, just bike or do both (run and bike duathlon). Duathlon Teams (one to bike, one to run) are welcome! Race registration and check in will take place in the main lodge from 7:45 am-9 am on 8/17. The run only and duathlon races will begin at 10am. The bike only race will begin at 11am. Awards will take place near the fire pit behind the Main Lodge following the races around 12:30-1pm. The event takes place at the top of the mountain and competitors drive to the course following registration (maps will be available at registration/check in). Lunch, live music, and beer tastings will be available at the Main Base Area following the event. West Mountain Sports will be open for bike rentals. West Mountain Sports offers downhill and cross-country Scott bike rentals. Registration will be available soon at active.com ! Online registration will close at 10am on Friday, August 16th. We will accept same-day registrations on 8/17 at Check-In/Registration. Mail-in registration forms will be available soon and checks for the race can be made to West Mountain Racing.
The Brew Festival will take place in the Main Courtyard from 11am-5pm and will be open to competitors, customers and the public. West Mountain's Bike Park and Aerial Adventure Park will be open on race day and bike competitors are welcome to ride the trails for the day following the race. Aerial Adventure discounts are available for competitors and their family members on race day too! West Mountain Sports will be offering Scott Bike downhill and cross-country bike rentals.
