Event Description

The Sunset Stroll 5K is a benefit race to help support the Freudenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease, a non-profit organization that helps people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) fight its debilitating effects. All proceeds will go to help our various exercise programs in the form of new equipment and facility maintenance, along with providing the means to add new programs to the center, like dancing. Your entry fee will also help to fund our support group by allowing it to afford to purchase support materials that can be handed out at no cost to the participants.

• The race will be held at Missouri Western State University on June 29th.
• The Race will begin at 7pm.
• Race prizes will be awarded and the drawings for the door prizes will begin at 8:15pm. 
• The 5K Registration includes a T-Shirt IF you register before June 14, 2019.
• If you are doing the 1K walk, you may purchase a t-shirt for $10* before June 14, 2019.
  *$2 more for plus size t-shirts.
