Walk with Ease Program
We are proud to offer The Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease Program is a exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with the Walk with Ease program. You must be enrolled for each session to participate. This will be fun and a great opportunity to exercise and make new friends.

? Reduce pain and feel great
Sessions:
Class will be 1 hour to 1.25 long. We will warm up and stretch before walking. When done walking there will be a cool down time as well as some additional stretching.
2019
? Session 1: May 14-June 20 Time 6:30pm
? Session 2: September 10-October 17 Time: 6:30pm
2020
? Session 3: March 10- April 16 Time: 6:30pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Location:
125 S. Hutchins St. Parking available on the south side of the Hutchins St Square. We will meet in the middle along the Bricks edged walk way.
Cost:
? $ 20 includes registration and guide
? Guides will be available in English or Spanish

? 6:30pm- 7:30pm
