Event Description

Surfer ( the Bar) and Run4beer.com are excited about our first Jacksonville Beach 5k Race and 1 mile fun/run. Proceeds benefit Jacksonville Beach lifeguards 

This is more then a race this will be an event. 

With entry participants receive: 

• Professionally Chip Timed 5k race or un-timed 1 mile fun run or walk
• Free first beer and after party at Surfer {the bar} - to those aged 21 and up
• Race Shirt
• Florida Race Day Run-Race-Repeat 5k pint glass
• Run4beer finisher medal 
• Chance for awards based on time, age and gender
• Door Prizes
• Finisher Photos

This Race will take place on Jacksonville Beach leaving from beach at 1st Avenue near the Seawalk Pavilion heading north to Bowles Avenue and returning back.  After the race the awards and afterparty and your beer will be waiting for you at Surfer {the bar}.

The race starts at 9 am sharp. Packet pick up is Friday at Surfer {the bar} Friday 11/9 5:00 - 8:00 pm.  

5k Awards are based on fastest time. Overall, and age groups - 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and older.
