Event Description

Welcome to the All New BFF Pink Ribbon Run!  This race is under new management and we are excited to announce a few changes for 2019.  We will still offer both the 10K and 5K but are adding the Memorial Mile and a chance to honor all of those Strong Warriors that have been lost in the fight against Breast Cancer.  You will also be able participate in not just 1event or 2 events but if you desire to you can do all 3 distances.  While we will always want to honor those who have gone on before us we also want to celebrate our Survivors with an all new Survivor Street.  This will be a section of the course full of fun and excitement to honor and celebrate those survivors in your life!  Coastal Race Productions is excited to put our professional and exciting spin on such a worthy cause!  Come Run/Walk with us and together lets make a difference in the fight against Breast Cancer.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

We donate more to local breast cancer foundations than any other race in the Grand Strand area. 100% of your donation will be given directly to the 2 non-profits that benefit from this event:  "21st Century Care" & "Caring In Our Lifetime".  Thank you for your generosity!

We will host a Health & Fitness Expo/Packet Pick-Up on Friday October 4th in the afternoon.  You will also be able to pick up your packet race morning.  We are working hard to put the details together in order to offer you a great race experience and will update exact times and locations soon!  Thank you for your patience.

FAQ:
1. This is not a closed course and race participants are asked to be aware of their surroundings and traffic at all times.
2. All runners must wear BFF race bib. No bandits or unregistered pacers, bicycles or scooters please.
3. No dogs will be allowed on the course due to insurance regulations.
4. In the event of cancellation, no refunds/deferrals will be issued. Race expenses will be paid and all donations made to local breast cancer charities.
