Event Description

Leja Bulela, Inc. presents its 1st Annual Show That You Care- One Mile Walk at Saint Louis University on Saturday, June 29.

WALK: 8 am Start. Open to all participants.

Join us in this one mile walk through Saint Louis University's campus to support the Kalala Muzeu Health Center (KMHC) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo! All proceeds and donations from the walk will go towards paying KMCH staff salaries and purchasing medicine and other supplies needed for the health center.

This year, you have the opportunity to buy our custom made Leja Bulela-Show That You Care t-shirt for an additional $10 (see below for more details).

All entrants must be registered by June 28, 2019 at midnight.

WALK DAY INFORMATION
Walk Bib/Chip pick up will start at 7:30 am on walk day in front of Clemens Hall on SLU campus
Hot chocolate, coffee, and water will be provided before the walk.
Fruit will be provided after the walk.
Event Activities Include: Music and a dance warm up routine!
Strollers are allowed. No pets are allowed except for seeing-eye dogs or other service dogs.

If you choose to drive, please note that parking near and around SLU campus is limited.
