Thank you for registering for the USAT Level I Coaching Clinic on November 8-9, 2019 in Orlando, FL!
All applicants MUST submit and pass an online background check prior to attending the clinic. Instructions on how to complete the background check can be found here. The fee varies from state to state as well as out of the country applicants. Failure to complete a background check before the first day of the clinic will result in the attendee not being allowed to attend (clinic prince will not be refunded).
Clinic Times: When making travel plans, please plan on the clinic from Friday 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM EST and Saturday from 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM EST. Attendees must be present for ALL sessions to become certified. There are no exceptions.
Light snacks and lunches will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on or after 8 weeks prior to clinic date results in a $25 penalty.
Cancellation on or after 6 weeks prior to clinic date results in a $50 penalty.
Cancellation on or after 4 weeks prior to clinic date results in a $150 penalty.
Cancellation on or after 2 weeks prior to clinic date - NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS
THERE ARE NO REGISTRATION TRANSFERS. If you cancel this clinic and want to attend another one, you must apply for the other clinic. Cancellation fees may apply. Your application cannot be transferred. There are no exceptions.
