Event Description
Thank you for registering for the USAT Paratriathlon Coaching Clinic on September 2-7, 2019 in Colorado Springs, CO!
All applicants MUST submit and pass an online background check prior to attending the clinic. All applicants must also complete the online SafeSport training prior to attending the clinic.
Clinic Times: When making travel plans, please plan according to the times listed below:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM on Monday (Arrival day)
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM on Tuesday (Classroom)
8:30 AM – 1:00 PM on Wednesday (Classroom), 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Camp practical) on Wednesday
8:30 AM – 6:00 PM on Thursday (Resident Team practical)
8:30 AM – 6:00 PM on Friday (Resident and Camp Practical)
8:30 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday (Resident and Camp Practical)
You must be present for all presentations in order to be eligible for certification. You may not book a flight that would require you to leave the clinic early.
Transportation/Travel Plans:
Suggested Airport: Colorado Springs Airport.
Coaches are responsible for their own transportation to/from any off-site training sessions.
This is a room block available for coaches to stay on campus at the United States Olympic Training Center. Please note that these rooms are dorm room style and you will be sharing with another coach that is attending the clinic.
Once payment is submitted for staying on campus, there are no refunds and no exceptions. If you are unable to attend the clinic for any reason, but have paid for room nights at the OTC, that payment will not be able to be refunded.
If you will be staying at the OTC, it is required that you complete the SafeSport program and NCSI background check before your arrival. The background check MUST be fully processed/cleared before your arrival on campus.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on or after 8 weeks prior to clinic results in a $25 penalty.
Cancellation on or after 6 weeks prior to clinic results in a $50 penalty.
Cancellation on or after 4 weeks prior to clinic results in a $150 penalty.
Cancellation on or after 2 weeks prior to clinic - NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS
THERE ARE NO REGISTRATION TRANSFERS. If you cancel this clinic and want to attend another one, you must apply for the other clinic. Cancellation fees may apply. Your application cannot be transferred. There are no exceptions.
