Event Description

Come join us for the PATRIOT 5K in beautiful Palm Springs, California. This 5K run/walk is runner, walker, stroller and doggie friendly. All monies raised support organizations that serve our active duty and veterans heroes, including Team Red, White and Blue, SOS Rides, Tunnels to Towers and the Armed Services YMCA. 
Our 5K includes a great race, tech t-shirt, patriotic finisher medal, ball cap andreusable cinch bag and free photo downloads. Enjoy this Veterans Day weekend with this healthy 5K in the cool of the morning!

Event details and schedule

Course

This great course starts and finishes at Ruth Hardy Park 700 E. Tamarisk, Palm Springs.  Enjoy each kilometer as you pay respect and honor our military heroes.

Awards

All finishers will be awarded a beautiful patriotic medal. Age group medals awarded 3-deep in 5 year age groups through 90years +. Special categories for active military and challenged athletes.

T-Shirts and other goodies

A military themed event tech T-shirt is included with your registration fee. You will also recieve a cinch bag and hat!

Packet pick-up

You may pick up packets for friends so long as you sign the waiver at pick-up. Packet pick-up will be held Saturday, November 10th from 11AM - 5PM at Running Wild 611 S. Palm Canyon, Palm Springs. Running Wild is located in the corner unit of the Sun Center Shopping Plaza next to the Revivals store. Race day registration and late packet pick-up is available race day, on site, beginning at 6:30am at Ruth Hardy Park, 700 E. Tamarisk, Palm Springs.

Directions and Parking

Ample parking is available near-by. There is parking available on-site at the park as well as on the side streets off Tamarisk and Caballeros. 

All active duty personnel and veterans run for half price! Just show your military ID, at packet pick-up or race day morning and you're in for half price! Sorry - no on-line registration for this discount as we need to verify your military status.
