Project ECHO's Turkey Trot - Thanksgiving Day 5k
This is a fun, family-friendly 5k for people of all ages and abilities. Proceeds benefit homeless individuals and families of Calvert County, Maryland.
Our participants return year after year for many reasons. They love to show off their costumes. They love giving back to the community. They love spending quality time with family. And last but not least, they really love beating their siblings, partners, kids, etc. to the finish line.
Be sure to register by November 10 to take advantage of our "Early Bird" discount with free t-shirt. T-shirts are guaranteed to all participants registered by Nov 10. Early Bird discount runs through Nov 21.

Registration Details: Advanced registration is strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated as it enables us all to be more prepared the day of the race.
Registering by Nov. 10 guarantees a free t-shirt and registering by Nov. 21 gets you a discounted rate.
*Important dates*
Nov. 10: Free t-shirts are 100% guaranteed only to those registered by November 10.
Nov. 21: Early Bird registration rate ends at 11:59pm.
Nov. 24: Online registration closes at 11:59pm.
Nov. 27: In-person registration at Project ECHO closes at 6pm.
Pre-Registration Bib & T-shirt Pickup: Early bib pickup is strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated.
All pre-registered participants should pick up bibs and t-shirts on Tuesday and Wednesday Nov. 26 & 27 from 12pm - 6pm.
*Please note* Pick ups are at Project ECHO Homeless Shelter which is a separate location from the race. Pickups will not be available before 12 pm, Nov 26.

Race Day Details: Race day registration and pre-registration pickups begin at 6 am inside The Arc of Southern Maryland.
The race will begin at 7 am. Runners in the front, strollers and walkers in the back.
Parking is available in the shopping center on West Dares Beach Rd. across the intersection from The Arc.
Complimentary light refreshments will be available before and after the race.
Race Course: Runs the length of Prince Frederick Blvd beginning and ending at The Arc. There is a turn-around near Hallowing Point Rd and another turn-around near Stoakley Rd. The entire race is on the pavement.
Preliminary race results and awards ceremony following the race.
Complete race results will be posted online at www.projectECHO.net as soon as they are available from the timing company.
