Event Description

Lauren joined the RunSignUp team in June 2014 as an Customer Support Account Manager in Lancaster, PA, where she lives with her husband Andy, and their 3 -year-old daughter, Olivia and 9 month old son, Evan.

She received a B.S. in Business Management and a Minor in Advertising from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Marketing and Sales from The Citadel. Lauren contacts and assists existing RunSignUp races to optimize their race configuration. Additionally, she helps the sales engineer team to onboard new large races. She's excited to improve methods of customer feedback and learn how to better meet their needs. An NCAA All-American and Olympic Trials qualifier in swimming, Lauren swam sprint freestyle for Clemson University from 2005 - 2009. Since retiring from swimming, she has enjoyed using running as a fun outlet to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
