Event Description

The Tri-County Kentucky United Way Spirit 5K is going virtual in 2020, and is now the last race of the Tri-County Trifecta!

(Runners must register for all three races to be eligible for the Trifecta beginning with the Pokey Pig Virtual 5K)

 

Run, walk, swim, or bike 3.1 miles at your own pace! This means it is fun for the whole family!

Registration

Register for the Spirit 5K at www.ckracemanagement.com/races by September 11th to
get an early bird discount and to receive your Spirit 5K swag prior to race week, which is October 4th
through October 10th!


Registrations will be accepted until Monday, September 28th; however, after September 11th, we
cannot guarantee that you will receive your Spirit 5K swag before race week, but we will do our best!

Spirit 5K Swag

All participants will receive a Spirit 5K shirt, a 2020 commemorative pin, and bib.


And, the first 200 runners registered will receive a special gift pack (21+ years receive the sought-
after Heaven Hill pack).

Due to the 2020 Spirit 5K being virtual this year, we will not have age groups
or individual awards. However, sign up for the Tri-County Trifecta, and you will be eligible to receive
even more great swag!

Packet Pickup


When you register for the Spirit 5K, you may select, “Ship My Swag” and we will mail your Spirit 5K
Swag to you for a $10 shipping and handling fee. Or, you can stop by the Nelson County Civic Center
(321 South Third Street in Bardstown) on Friday, October 2nd between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to pick
it all up! Please wear your mask and remember to social distance!
Pricing. Individuals: $20 (on or before September 11th ) $25 (after September 11th )

Groups of 10+: $16 (call Dooley Mattingly at 502-827-3472 for more information)
Family: $50 (maximum of 4 runners, same address required for all in the family)

All event proceeds benefit our local United Way and its fight for the education, financial
stability and health of every person in every community in Marion, Nelson, and Washington
Counties.
