Event Description

Join the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation and the Richmond Road Runners Club and enjoy a 10-mile or 5K race, run or walk on the "Cap Trail." A 52-mile dedicated multi-use trail connecting Richmond and Williamsburg along the beautiful and historic Route 5 corridor, our Virginia Capital Trail is a gem of a resource for RVA runners, walkers, and cyclists.

All profits from the races will benefit the programs of the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation to enhance, promote, and advocate for the continued development of the Trail. Check out VCTF's "What We Do" site for more information.

RRRC Grand Prix Participants - The Cap Trail 10 Miler & 5K are NOT Grand Prix races for 2019. You will receive no Grand Prix points for running or placing in these races.
