Event Description

The Kansas City Chiefs announced plans for the Fantennial 5K presented by GEHA at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, October 5 as part of the year-long NFL100 celebration, with festivities taking place throughout the weekend of the club’s Oct. 6 game vs. the Indianapolis Colts.

Runners and walkers will navigate their way through the parking lots around Arrowhead Stadium and will conclude in Lot M outside Arrowhead Stadium, where the club’s post-race Fantennial FanFest will be taking place. Open to 5K participants and their guests, FanFest will feature music, food, beverages, tailgate games and appearances by Chiefs Cheerleaders, KC Wolf and other Chiefs guests. Each participant will receive an NFL100-branded finishers medal and shirt to commemorate the special race.

The Chiefs Fantennial 5K run/walk is designed to give fans the opportunity to experience a run/walk event that offers something no other race event in Kansas City offers – to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the NFL. Whether you run or walk, come in first or just run for fun, the Chiefs Fantennial 5K is designed for everyone to enjoy.
