Event Description

Downriver Runners Club presents this winter classic for the 32nd year! Join us for this winter classic as we celebrate Winter, Running, and Valentine’s Day!  We will once again celebrate winter, running and Valentine’s Day at our new location in Southgate. Grab your favorite person and join us for some pancakes, mimosas and a run!  (Runners must be 21 and up to enjoy mimosas.)

Proceeds from the event support the Downriver Runner's annual Tony Mifsud scholarship program, a $1,000 college scholarship for two area high school runners.

 Warm up with us after what is sure to be a chilly run with a delicious pancake breakfast that includes pancakes, sausage or bacon, juice, coffee and mimosas!

Each registrant will receive a long sleeve t-shirt* and be eligible for raffle prizes; Awards M/F Overall, Masters Three Deep in Age Groups; 10 and under 11-14, 15-19,20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,60-69,70-79, 80 & Up.

Additional prizes will be awarded to the top 3 mixed couples teams based on total overall finishing positions. Teams must be determined before the race begins on Sunday, February 9th.

Each runner will receive one entry into the raffle drawing. Additional tickets can be purchased on site day of; 1 for $1, 6 for $5 and an arm length for $20.  

$30.00 registration before February 2nd. 

$35.00 after February 2nd and on race day.

*Shirt guaranteed to those registered before January 19th. Those registered after with be offered shirts based on availability.
