Event Description

Our Cool Running School is a 6-week winter running program designed to help you run through the cold and snow of winter so you are ready to rock ‘n’ roll when spring finally arrives.

6-week Program - Starts Thursday 1/2/20 and ends with Run Broadway on Saturday 2/8/20.

Cost: $43 for the 6-week program.

Program Includes: 2 weekly organized group runs. Monday mini-clinics on topics related to winter running. Coupon for your next pair of shoes and apparel at Ann Arbor Running Company. Training plan to get your ready for the Run Broadway.

Training Days: 6pm on Mondays at Ann Arbor Running Co. 901 W Eisenhower Pkwy, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. 6pm on Thursdays at Ann Arbor Running Co. 200 N. Fourth, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

Pace Groups: We know that not everyone coming into the program will be at the same level, so will split the program up into 2-3 groups. Each group will have a coach to help them complete the workout.
