**** RACE UPDATE****

Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control the race has been cancelled. We are working to refund registration fess by the end of this week.

We hope you will still join us for the FREE Spaghetti Dinner held in conjunction with the Fulton Fest on Saturday, October 19th from 4pm-6pm at the Neighborhood Resource Center (1519 Williamsburg Rd, Richmond). This event will support the Neighborhood Resource Center and it's mission to better the lives of the people of Fulton. We encourage you to bring friends and family! There will be raffle prizes, tours of the center, fellowship and dinner of course!

Thank you to all the runners who were planning to run and all of our community partners who invested in Run to the River again this year, supporting the important work NRC does in the Greater Fulton Community.  We can't do our work without you!

Run to the River offers a fun and challenging 8K race sponsored by Artisan Hill Apartments and a 1-mile fun run sponsored by Dominion Energy's EnergyShare Program to benefit the Neighborhood Resource Center of Greater Fulton (NRC). Starting from Stone Brewing, runners will dash and walkers will stride through the historic streets of Richmond's Church Hill and Fulton neighborhoods, along the James River and over three hills (Powhatan, Potomac and Libby). After the races, enjoy food, entertainment, Halloween-themed children's activities and visit our sponsors' and partners' booths. Don't forget to venture inside Stone Brewing to enjoy draft beer and visit the Stone Company Store for Stone merchandise. Stone Brewing will be donating 10% of their proceeds that day to NRC! We welcome all family, friends, supporters and community members to come out and cheer on your fellow runners and enjoy a cold Richmond brew while you wait.

Whether you're a serious runner preparing for the Richmond marathon or half marathon in November or a casual walker looking to enjoy a beautiful autumn morning, join us for a fun event that's raising money to benefit NRC and further their mission of enhancing lives in the Greater Fulton community through their four core programs: education, financial opportunity center, nutrition and community outreach.
