Event Description

The Journey to Heal Ministries Hope Run is the first race of the “RISE Up" Race Series, which was held on Saturday, April 27th at Brunswick Forest!  If you missed the in person race, you can register and run the virtual race in order to complete all 3 races in the “RISE Up” Race Series.    Proceeds from this race will benefit the Journey to Heal Ministries (JTHM), a 100% volunteer run, 501(c)3, nonprofit, endeavoring to help women heal from past sexual trauma by leading them to the hope and healing found in Jesus Christ through providing education, mentoring services, and support.  According to RAAIN (Rape and Incest National Network) and the CDC (Center for Disease Control), every 98 seconds someone has been sexually abused in America, and 1 in 3 women already have.
