Event Description

KidsFACT provides opportunities to learn about the latest information and medical research on IBD through educational materials, newsletters, and one-on-one interaction. Most importantly, we offer the chance for IBD patients and their families to give and receive information and support from one another.

KidsFACT will be hosting our first annual Christmas 1 mile, 5K, 10K Run in an effort to offer continued support for our families and patients as well as promote community awareness. We would love to have all of our friends, colleagues, and supporters attend this event with us. 

Date: December 21st, 9am Start for all events

Place: West Hills Elementary taking advantage of the Jean Teague Greenways and surrounding sideawalks and neighborhoods

The 5k and 10k events will be timed by Personal Best Racing and each event will have awards 3 deep in 10 year age increments 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ Male and Female with top Male and Female over all and Top Masters Male and Female overall.

The 1 Mile fun run/walk will be a non-timed event allowing the participants to walk with friends and family out and back.  

For every registration, you will receive a raffle ticket good for some awesome door prizes from sponsors.  They will also be available for purchase so you can "stuff the pot"!
