11thAnnual Sentara Sleighbell 5K Run   Saturday, December 14th 2019 At:  Geddy Outpatient Center, Sentara Hospital  400 Sentara Circle, Williamsburg, VA.  23188   This is a 5K Run or 5K Run/Walk and a Competitive 5K Walk only. All proceeds from the Sleighbell 5K Will benefit area Youth in after school activities provided by the WJCC School Health Initiative Program (S.H.I.P.). This event raises funds to get students out and moving.

$30.00 Pre-registered online or mail before November 25th.
$25.00 Pre-registered online or mail Students 18 and Under or college student w/ID
$35.00 Registration increase  November 25th thru December 13th.
$40.00 Race Day Registration (all registrants)
$15.00 1 Mile Fun Run
$10.00 T-Shirts Only.
Age 70 and Over Free entry, Must Register.

Early Packet Pickup  Friday December 13th at Colonial Sports, 1303 Jamestown Road
Time:  12:00 PM (noon) thru 6:00 PM
Note:  You can still Register for the race at this time.

8:00 AM   - Race Day Registration & Packet Pick Up
9:30 AM   - 1 Mile Fun Run
10:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk
11:30 am - Awards Ceremony

Awards:
Top 3 Men and Women overall in the 5K Run
Top 3 Men and Women overall in the 5K Competitive Walk
Top 3 Men and Women Masters (40 years and over) 5K Run
Top 3 Men and Women in 5K Run for the following age groups:  8 and under; 9-10; 11-12; 13-15; 16-19
                                                                                                       five year increments 20-24 to 75 and Over.
Special Prize - "Middle of the Pack" Male and Female

Finishing Metals for all Finishers while they last.
