Event Description

This event is to help raise funds for Elder Orphan Care’s annual Christmas Stocking of Joy Project.  Elder Orphan Care is a local organization that exists to bring help and hope to older adults in need through home safety needs such as new flooring, wheel chair ramps, grab bars and combatting isolation. We have existed in Romania since 2011.  In 2017, we began helping older adults in need in Rowan and Cabarrus County. This year, we will be delivering more than 1,000 stockings as well as some basic needs such as groceries.

Stocking Stroll – Saturday, Nov. 2nd

Check-in at 4pm and 5K Run/Walk Starts at 5pm
Team Walk/Run - $100 – up to 8 people

Family Walk/Run - $50 - up to 4 people

Adult Walk/Run - $20

Kids Walk/Run - $15

Each registration includes one t-shirt per person

REGISTER BY OCT 18TH TO BE GUARANTEED A SHIRT! 

The event will take place in the Laurel Park neighborhood with walk/run day check-in and post
activities taking place in the Crossroads Church parking lot 220 George W. Liles Pkwy, Concord, NC 28027. Check-in and same day registration begin an hour before event.
