Full Couse - Marathon

We will have a minimum sign up of 10 people for the Marathon. We will have alternatives if we do not get enough registrations.
Our full course is Marathon length. (close enough for a fatass) We are challenging our friends to run our full route. You will get bragging rights, and a FABULOUS key award for placing! You will have a good shot at a course PR, but you will probably NOT have your PR for a marathon (Unless it's your first.)
You will climb 2,621' of elevation, some very steep hills.
You will have amazing views of Manhattan, Jersey City's fab Bear Mural, the Weehauken Cliffs (Hamilton duel fame) and turning around in James Braddock Park (Cinderella Man fame.).
The course records are below. Both were set on Dec 3, 2017.

Our course has lots and lots of turns. We need you to be super careful when crossing the roads, some are one way, and a lot are busy, so please obey the traffic signals. Be aware you will NOT make the full course without getting stuck at at least one light!
We will have a sign in before the race - You will get a number and sign a waiver.

Since we are a FATASS we will have limited aid - However there are Tiger Mart convenience stores listed in our directions, and there are gas stations along the route. We will have confusing turns manned by volunteers, and we will have bikers to help you not go astray!
We will have an after party at Healy's Tavern on Newark Avenue for all participants, and a prize for last finisher, with the fabulous victory lap in the park (not extra, we will join you.)
