Event Description

Georgia Military Institute's Class 59 is hosting the "Legacy" 5k with short term and long term goals in mind.  Class 59 has short term goals of using funds to pay for the Graduation Ceremony and Dining Out Ceremony.  The long term goals of this 5k event is to enrich the legacy of the Georgia Military Institute through projects and publications while providing an avenue for community outreach and education.

Event details and schedule

Runners can expect a great course with gently rolling hills through the campus of Life University. There will be music at the start and finish line along with vendors who have helped make this race possible. Runners can expect a fun, family atmosphere with a 1k fun run. There will be alumni from the Georgia Military Institute there as well as Class 59 who will be helping with 5k. Each runner will receive a race day shirt, a race day bag, and a Georgia Military Institute Legacy 5k Challenge Coin. We look forward to seeing you there.
