Event Description

TAKE A LEAP OF FAITH TO BENEFIT THAT NEIGHBORHOOD CHURCH SERVING THE INNER CITY OF TOLEDO THROUGH FAITH, FOOD, CLOTHING, HEALTHCARE, PURPOSE AND HOPE  and join us on Leap Day February 29, 2020, to run or walk the Frogtown Leap Day 5K.   Even if you’re not fast or can’t predict your time, you can still be an award winner.  There will be 9 random numbers drawn while you’re out running or walking and if you finish in that place, you win.  There also will be an award for the 29th place finisher and if you were born on February 29th.  (ID required) Not only can you have a chance to win, but there will be many, many Great Door Prizes and a Raffle Prize donated by Generous Local Merchants and Restaurants.  While waiting to see if you won, enjoy homemade cookies, plus fruit and beverages. 

Registration and the start and finish are at the SECOND SOLE Store, Levis Commons, Perrysburg, Ohio.  The 5K Course loops around Levis commons  and is timed.

SHIRTS:  If you want to be a proud owner of a “FROGTOWN LEAP DAY 5K” shirt, YOU MUST PRE-ORDER. Shirts are not guaranteed race day.

ENTRY FEES:

Pre-Registered Entries with a shirt $29.00; No shirt $20.00
Pre-Registered Entries and Race Day with a shirt 13 years and under $19.00; No shirt $10.00
Race Day registration $25.00 NO SHIRT. If shirts are available you can purchase one for $9.00.
