Event Description

A certified USATF (VA18008RT) Running and/or Rucking 10K located on Fort Eustis along Mulberry Island Road.

This is a Peninsula Track Club Grand Prix Event.

Finisher medals and t-shirts will be given to all participants (guaranteed to first 250 pre-registered). Same day registrations not guaranteed finsiher medals or t-shirts.

Top overall 3 Male and Females will receive a prize in the running and rucking categories.

Awards ceremony will be at the Fort Eustis Bowling Center (Next to Anderson Field House) Awards begin at 1030. All participants will receive a free beverage with race entry.

Ruck Details:

10k Ruck REQUIRES a ruck sack/backpack to be carried for the entire duration of the race. Ruck sack and participant will be weighed at both the Start & Finish Line. *Participants will be required to provide their own ruck sack/backpack and weight.*

Ruck Weight:

Varies by Body Weight

160 lb & Above: 45 lb Ruck

Below 160 lbs: 35 lb Ruck

Ruck Weigh ins: 0700-0800

10k Ruck Start: 0830

10k Run Start: 0900
