Global Health Partnership’s 2020 Safari Run

Sunday, March 22nd, 2019 at the UNM North Campus Golf Course, 2201 Tucker Ave NE Albuquerque, NM 87131

Events include: Free Kids Running Clinic, 1k Kid’s Race, a 5-k Fun Run/Walk and an 8-k Race. All participants will receive a hand-carved wooden safari animal from Kenya. Events begin at 8:30 a.m.

African drummers, food, music, and artisan crafts for sale. Come join the fun!

Packet Pickup will be held at Sports Systems (6915 Montgomery Blvd NE, 87109) on Saturday, March 21st 2020 from 10:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Event day packet pick up is also available. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $5 registration increase on race day.

100% of race proceeds go directly to medical projects in rural Kenya.The event benefits Global Health Partnerships (GHP), an Albuquerque based non-profit organization that provides medical care and humanitarian aid to the poor in rural Kenya, with local community support. GHP operates with an emphasis on maternal and child health, child nutrition and aid for the most impoverished families.
