Event Description

The Red, White and Zoom Triathlon Festival at Cowan Lake State Park on June 28 is host to the 2020 Mideast Regional Multisport Championship. That means that everyone who participates in the aquabike or aquathlon of any distance at the event is eligible for Mideast Regional Multisport Championship age group awards from USA Triathlon. You can be crowned the Mideast Regional Aquabike or Aquathlon Champ!

We also invite triathletes, duathletes and open water swimmers to join us in any of our 7 other events. Everyone receives a commemorative t-shirt in men's and women's cut, post race pizza and beer, and a cool finisher medal. Triathlon and duathlon participants, your finish place can qualify you for Age Group Nationals in each of those sports. Red, White and Zoom welcomes over 300 athletes each year, making it a great event to find fun competition as well as a good chance at earning your Age Group Nationals Qualification spot. All ages and abilities are welcome!
