Event Description
Rigorous 10K Trail Run reaching 1600+ feet of elevation atop Short Mountain, descending to Gratz VFW and returning back over Short Mountain to finish at the Marzella Farm with a celebratory BBQ and after party.
The trail changes frequently from soft ground, rocky and sometimes slippery shale, coal dirt, grass and a varietyy of all the terrain and surfaces of Central Pennsylvania!
The proceeds of this event will benefit Our community Independence Day Celebration as well as local communtiy organizations including the Gratz VFW and Wiconisco Volunteer Fire Company.
16 & over encouraged.
$30 preregistration $35 day of.
Day of Packet pick up 9am
Race start promptly 10am
Specatator entry for meal $10.
