- Before 1/12 12:00am -- 90% clinic fee refund (excludes processing fees)
- 1/12 12:00a - 2/1 11:59pm -- 40% clinic fee refund (excludes processing fees)
- After 2/2 12:00am -- no refunds
TRANSFER POLICY:
- Transfers are allowed through 2/12/2020. $10 transfer fee.
