- Race day registration starts at 9:00AM
- Race starts at 10:00AM
- $30 total registration includes a $20 minimum required donation plus the $10 registration fee
- Registration fee covers t-shirt and direct race expenses
The Rachel's Table Teen Board and Rachel's Table officers raised more than $34,000 at Outrun Hunger '18! A rainy day didn't stop more than 200 from participating in Outrun Hunger. EVERY penny raised goes to alleviating childhood hunger, feeding 13,000 meals a week to 45+ agencies, and educating youth about hunger in Western MA.
Since 1992, Rachel's Table has been working to alleviate hunger and reduce food waste in Western Massachusetts.
Six days a week, more than 200 volunteers collect food from local supermarkets, restaurants, farms, caterers and bakeries, and deliver it to more than 45 agencies, including soup kitchens, food pantries, and shelters.
Our agencies, which are located in Springfield, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, West Springfield, Feeding Hills, Chicopee, Holyoke, Indian Orchard, Ludlow, Westfield, Greenfield and Northampton, depend upon Rachel's Table as an ongoing source of nutritious and tasty food.
Rachel's Table is also a catalyst for community activism. Our volunteers come from varied backgrounds, religions and cultures, and range in age from teenagers to people in their nineties.
