8:00 a.m. Registration and check-in begins

A light breakfast will be served
8:45 a.m. Opening Ceremony
9:00 a.m. 5K Run – Warm Up with Bernie from CrossFit Sanctuary
9:15 a.m. Walk of Love
10:00 a.m. Kids Fun Run – Warm up with Fred from Training Grounds
10:30 a.m. Finish line celebration with entertainment and BBQ lunch
11:00 a.m. Awards ceremony including prizes for top fundraisers
All proceeds will benefit the programs and services RMH-LI & the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Stony Brook Children’s Hospital provide for families of seriously ill children.
Post-walk family fun and entertainment will follow the Walk & 5K with activities including carnival games, BBQ, live DJ, face painting and more!
Please note this is a rain or shine event.
Registration fees are as follows:
$25 (pre-registration)
$15 (children 12 and under)
$30 (day-of registration)
$20 (day-of registration, children 12 and under)
Registration includes an event t-shirt, entertainment, refreshments, finish line medal and finish line celebration.
